Spoke to Kim (claims rep at insurer) on a Monday morning about 2 clients – after checking status on both I mentioned that I would check back in a couple of days. Kim said we have 10 business days to process – I said Kim I bet you all are extremely busy – when she slightly sighed and agreed, I told her I would wait until the end of the week to check back. I mentioned that when we call to see if they have received what we faxed to them, and if they don’t have everything that we will request it immediately. I said I hope our company made their job a little easier and she agreed they really appreciated us!”
Your company is amazing. So many people need your help, especially people without any family to help them file their claim.

At the end of our call, she said, ‘You are doing a great job. There should be more companies like yours. These people really need help when they are in such an overwhelmed state.
