Wendy and David Rinehart spent years at the top of the LTC insurance industry; Wendy as a Master LTCi Agent, David as a Regional Sales Manager at GE Capital Assurance. Then everything changed when Wendy’s brother was diagnosed with cancer just a year after buying a policy from her.
Despite her expertise, navigating his claim was emotional, confusing, and full of roadblocks. She realized that if an industry expert felt this overwhelmed, families without that knowledge were suffering far more. Families shouldn’t have to navigate this alone.
